For my project inspired by Heineken, I wanted to create a simplified approach to promoting their job vacancies to potential employees. I was inspired by the company’s values and wanted to reflect that in their recruitment efforts. Instead of highlighting product, I made people and their families the focal point of the campaign. The message I wanted to convey was that the employees are the backbone of Heineken and without them, the company cannot thrive. I emphasised this message with the phrase “Without them there is no us” which accurately captures the essence of Heineken’s values and commitment to its employees. By highlighting the importance of people, I aimed to attract like-minded individuals who are passionate about working for a company that values its employees.
